1. Download vKonf app for iPhone or Android
2. Select “I already have an account”
3. Enter the login and the password you used when creating the account
4. To access you chat history, after the login confirm your session from another device previously logged in to the account or by entering a previously generated secret passphrase/key file. If you have no access to another active device or your secret passphrase, you can reset Secure Backup. Please be aware that in case of skipping the session verification you won’t be able to decrypt you historical sent/received messages. Your contacts will be in place.
